EVENT MANAGEMENT

An important dimension in the overall care strategy for a Beowulf cluster, events are critical data points that can assist a cluster administrator in determining the root cause of a problem. The ability to examine individual events or a group of events by time, device, or whether the event has been acknowledged, and by whom, is paramount to the success of troubleshooting and mitigating a potential problem.
