Cluster Setup & Installation ServicesAspen Systems has a team of professional technicians available to manage every aspect of system installation, from unpacking your cluster to integration with your local network.
The time required for cluster installation is dependent upon what services are required beyond removing racks from pallets, connecting any cables that run between racks and the power-up and validation process. Some cluster configuration steps cannot be performed at our factory. Examples of this can include integration into an existing network, connections to local printers, firewall configuration and integration with local security policies, or installing additional custom software. Aspen Systems sales engineers will work with you to understand the extent of your installation needs and propose an installation plan which will ensure our technicians have adequate time to properly install your system.
