System Hardware Bronze Warranty - One Year

Our System Hardware Bronze Warranty is available for every Aspen Systems product, except RAID storage arrays. Our System Hardware Bronze Warranty consists of a parts and labor warranty & support for one year after system delivery. We offer Advanced Replacement for companies with good credit standing. For each warranty claim, you must obtain an RMA number from Aspen Systems. Items not included in warranty coverage incur Aspen Systems' normal repair rates, including return freight charges. Aspen Systems will not be responsible for damages incurred in return shipping.

Our System Hardware Silver Warranty is available for every Aspen Systems product, except RAID storage arrays. Our RAID Storage Unit Bronze Warranty is available to Aspen Systems RAID customers (Aspen Systems' definition of a RAID system is: three (3) or more hard disk drives and one (1) hot spare drive).
