Formerly dubbed “Walker Pass”, the Intel® Server System S9200WK Product Family Featuring Intel® Xeon® Platinum 9200 Processors is Cascade Lake AP ready, and is purpose built and performance-optimized for High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, all in a multi-chip package optimized for compute density. The Intel Cascade Lake Advanced Processor has a new, larger socket than standard Xeon servers, with over 6000 pins and requires a different socket type than the standard Xeon Scalable series, as it is multiple dies in a single processor. Built with Intel quality, reliability and performance, it boasts an unprecedented 12 memory channels per CPU for memory-intensive workloads, with 24 memory channels in a single compute module giving you a superior deep learning and ai server for your data.
