Purchased components are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be accepted in sealed original packaging. Custom ordered systems and product assemblies are only cancellable within 48 hours from time of order placement and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee after the period of cancellation. Photo proof of damages including packaging is required.
No returns will be accepted on licensed software products.
Customers are responsible for bringing damages to the attention of the delivery driver and making note of it at time of delivery. If your package is damaged, please contact us at 800-922-9242 within 48 hours. We will not cover the cost of damaged items that are not reported to the carrier, and without notification to us within 48 hours of delivery.
