You will assemble advanced computing technology in our manufacturing environment in an ISO9001-2015 & ESD S20.20 facility. Candidates must possess positive energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software using only Linux operating systems and the bash shell. This is a career role and requires a professional demeanor at all times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - 34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Wheat Ridge, CO only, On Site. Job description and responsibilities:
  • Assembling and testing servers, storage systems, and other high-performance systems by installing motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, networking cards, GPUs, SSD, NVMEs,
  • TCM, and other system components.
  • Installing and configuring different Linux distributions.
  • Following procedures and policies
  • Receiving shipments at our dock and correctly entering part and serial numbers into our ERP system.
  • Issuing out components to jobs and orders using barcoding systems.
  • Ensure proper cable labeling and cable management inside systems.
  • Updating system BIOS, BMC, IPMI, and other firmware and configuring the settings. Including switches and RAID devices
  • A strong understanding of burn-in and QA processes.
  • Install basic Linux and Windows images.
  • Rack and stacking systems, switches, KVMs, UPS's, PDUs, etc., into racks and artistically cabling up everything, CAT 6 and fiber and/or other high-speed networking.
  • Follow a systematic approach with problem-solving, debugging, repair, and troubleshooting of all systems, balancing power distribution units, and auditing finished products before shipping.
  • Boxing up and shipping final products and ensuring any special shipping methods processes are adhered to.
  • Inventory counting and management.
  • Working with manufacturers and distributors to request DMRs and ensure they are processed promptly.
  • Follow ISO9001-2015 and ESD20:20 policies and procedures.
  • Provide input and suggestions on the currently implemented training material.
  • Basic warehouse and office maintenance.
  • This position requires obtaining a TS/SCI clearance or a current clearance that is active
Physical requirements:
  • This role includes standing, sitting, walking up to 7 hours daily, lifting, and carrying up to 70lb. Repetitive tasks, reaching, pulling, and pushing at times, are required. You should always be in good physical shape and health for this role.
Clearance Requirement:
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
  • To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
Applicant requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Pass drug testing, including marijuana, and be drug-free.
  • Have reliable, personal transportation.
